I have so many great memories here at Padre Serra Church. I remember the first time we attended Mass when my children were small. We felt so welcomed and at home. The most special memories for me were helping them volunteer at church and especially watching them receive their First Communion and Confirmation.
I enjoy participating in our donut & coffee ministry…even though I didn’t think it was a good idea at the time. I have met some great people, and it feels good to do my share in supporting Padre Serra. I have also donated blood regularly for over 40 years. I don’t do it for any reward…I do it because it’s the right thing to do. Both of these projects give me a good feeling about Padre Serra.
Memories of Couples Retreats and Women's Retreats - leading retreats, being on teams, and building lasting wonderful friendships sharing our faith, families, and our stories... attending these through the years are some of my favorite memories.
