One of the first Sundays that my husband and I came to Padre Serra, Fr. Patrick invited parishioners to introduce themselves to those sitting near them. Then he gave us time to talk to the other people. He encourages us to wear name tags and really work at knowing other parishioners and in this, forming community. This experience was very important to me and showed me that this was a parish which valued community.

I enjoy everything that I’ve received from the beginning. I was in Father Patrick’s first faith community!

Warm welcome and sense of inclusiveness by Fr. Patrick. Homilies are informative and challenging. Fr. Patrick is a skilled speaker bringing a faith community together. The parish comes across as well organized, and events are very well done.

My favorite memories include Christmas Dinner and Concert, the sermons that are current to the times and are relatable, and the excellent adult choir with instrumentalists.
